Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

Redway is committed to providing a seamless customer experience and will gladly accept most returns within a 90-day return period. After 90 days, returns may still be eligible for store credit only, provided they are requested within 180 days of purchase. Beyond 180 days, items are no longer eligible for return.

Certain product categories are subject to different return conditions:

  • Fine Jewelry: All sales are final. Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Electronics, Furniture, and Select Watches: Eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. After this period, refund eligibility may vary based on brand-specific policies.

  • Final Markdown Items: Considered final sale and non-returnable. Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase only.

Please note that reward points used on orders are non-refundable and will not be reinstated if items are returned.

90-Day Return Eligible Items

The majority of products sold by Redway fall under the standard 90-day return policy. However, certain items may have shorter return windows or be designated as final sale.

Products not eligible for the 90-day return policy include:

  • Electronics

  • Fine Jewelry

  • Select Furniture and Small Appliances

Some clearance items may still qualify under the 90-day policy; however, clearance electronics and jewelry are excluded. Customers are encouraged to review the return policy listed on each product page prior to purchase.

15-Day Return Eligible Items

Items such as electronics, furniture, and select housewares must be returned within 15 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must not be marked as clearance or Final Markdown to be eligible.

  • After 15 days, Redway may offer store credit up to 30 days from delivery, depending on the product and condition.

Final Sale Items

The following categories are considered final sale and non-returnable:

  • Fine Jewelry

  • Final Markdown Merchandise

“Final Markdown” items typically include clearance or discounted inventory, which may consist of overstock or slightly damaged goods. These items are most commonly found in furniture categories.

Orders for final sale items may only be canceled within the specified cancellation window:

  • Fine Jewelry: 6 hours

  • Final Markdown Items: 3 hours

No exceptions apply beyond these time frames.

Shipping Refund Policy

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. If the order has not yet left our fulfillment center, shipping costs may be eligible for a refund.

Redway offers free return shipping for eligible returns. Additional shipping-related fees may not be refundable depending on the order. Please contact a Redway representative for clarification.

Price Match & Sale Adjustments

Refunds will be issued based on the original purchase price paid, not the current retail price.

  • If a customer changes their mind after a refund is processed, Redway will not honor prior promotional or sale pricing.

  • Price matching is available for 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • After 15 days, customers must return and repurchase the item to receive a new price.

Price matching is only valid for select major retailers, including:

  • Amazon

  • Walmart

  • Target

The item must be identical, in stock, and currently available at the competitor’s listed price.
